Studio Production Manager

Alight is a creative, enthusiastic, energetic, agile digital design and development agency based in Hockley; right in the center of Nottingham. We're a team of highly skilled and valued people with passion (bordering on obsession) for what we do.

As the Studio Production Manager you should have management experience within an agency environment, you should have good, personable account management skills as well great organisational, project planning, scheduling, monitoring, project management skills. Ideally you should also be familiar with both the digital design and agile development processes.

You will be working directly with our design and development teams - which currently is around ten - and you will organise all projects, create and manage project documentation and keep regular communications with clients. You'll monitor and mange the projects with the teams and ensure the client is always kept abreast of their project’s progress, and it is your main responsibility to manage these projects and bring them in on time and within budget constraints.

There will also be opportunities to contribute to our existing infrastructure and processes with insight and creative ideas.

Required skills:

Passionate about customer experience, hardworking, organised etc.
Eye for detail
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proven management experience within an agency environment
Sense of humour… without trying to sound like an advert for a date, we'll be spending a lot of time together so this one is very, very important!
