Esendex (the UK’s biggest commercial SMS text messaging company) came to us to help support them across a number of areas, including a full re-brand, brand guidelines, Internet Marketing consultancy - crossing 7 sites in 4 languages, site UX performance analysis and restructuring, a detailed suite of icon designs for their systems and user experience led multi lingual site design and development - but we started at the beginning, the strategy.
Analyzing multiple sites in multiple languages, reviewing campaigns and conversion funnels, carefully piecing together analytics, testing pages and navigation structure and clarifying demographics to ensure we spoke to esendex's real audience effectively not to mention globally is no small feat - but the findings were exciting.
What we delivered back were clear results, real and physical ways to move forward - now we can’t give too much away because of client confidentiality, but we found some very interesting results and some great ways to massively improve online effectiveness -
right from the off!
At the early stages of the brand development we were happy to find that esendex were wanting to make some bold changes, and were actually going for the more dramatic transformations every step of the way. We have great respect for any client who shows real bravery for taking such a giant step forward - but the results are impressive - we hope you agree!
From there, we delivered the biggest brand guidelines we have done to date, covering lots of different areas both online and offline in multiple languages - quite simply it’s a masterpiece!
Once the new brand and guidelines were complete, we turned our attention to the systems and independent brand requirements, which required a suite of bespoke icons that became a big key part in the new site's design and user experience (UX).
Although we started with the site for esendex’s new markets in the USA, with the new branding being introduced in phases (to test the markets) , the strategy and guidelines were created to support multi lingual requirements - the site designs were crafted to handle the longest language and shortest language variations, and coded structured templates to support esendex’s skilled marketing and development team.
