Feefo has a fantastic product, but it took over an hour of explanation from the feefo team for us to figure that out!
Turns out, that was feefo's biggest roadblock - it was the complexity of explaining what feefo is, how it worked and why it's useful - it was quite easy to develop a glazed look of confusion, that's why we made them an animated video to explain it, but we'll come to that in a sec..
One of the drivers of feefo's new found conversion success was the animated video we created for them - we distilled the main selling points, both good and bad (turning the main negative block to their conversions into one of the key benefits of the service) and wrapped it all into a nice and friendly engaging story.
Video is definitely one of the best ways to engage people these days, but the key to getting the conversion is to help people understand a product without making them feel like they are being sold to - not always so easy! The next is to make sure that the video leads someone into a specific outcome - in feefo's case a sign-up form - this is powerful User Experience Pathing at it's best!

With our background and in house Internet Marketing consultancy skills we spotted that with a few tweaks to the system, done in a very specific way, the feefo system could also act as a very powerful SEO tool - this could then be sold as an extra package giving feefo a whole new business model - this has since become one of the key reasons many clients are engaging with feefo.
That was the brief by the way. With that in mind, the user’s desired experience (UX path) was mapped and the design for each of these core pages were all carefully crafted, making sure that all roadblocks to conversion are countered... making signing up as easy as pie!
Well, not only has the site won awards, but it had the best immediate conversion increase of any site we have created (so far); with a 26,900% increase in conversion in the first 4 weeks alone. It's not that surprising then that the Sales Director confirmed our analytical findings; stating that essentially
the site paid for itself within the first 3 days!
