Feefo gather honest feedback from their clients customers about the services and products they receive. They make this feedback available online and this allows the public to make an informed decision about those products and services - to buy or not to buy - powerful stuff!

The Call

Feefo called on us as they needed a digital agency to ease their pain. What pain was this you ask? Well Feefo had this amazing product but, its complexity was proving to be a headache in terms of getting potential conversions and customers. So we set about putting Feefo out there where it deserved to be, helping them tell everyone what they were about and what they could do for your business.

The Plan

Digital Strategy, UX & UI Design

When we say we’re a digital agency we mean it. Right from the ground up. Feefo first contacted us to commission a full digital strategy, which is something we specialise in. It's a very involved process, that amongst other things creates a detailed analysis of the current site in terms of design and analytical performance; a solid analysis of their competition and what they're up to, along with researching the target demographic and ways to help convert them. Not to mention rolling all this into UX pathways and planning all new marketing channels, ready for execution.

Armed with our research data, we put together a strategy to streamline Feefo's sign up process and improve their conversion rate, through crafted UX pathways.
We even proposed minor technical changes to their application that would turn their review system into a supercharged SEO tool, giving them a whole new supporting business model. On the strength of our digital strategy, Feefo were convinced that we were the right people to take their business to the next level and beyond.

It's easy to sometimes overlook the little things, like Icons and take them for granted. But, Icons often need to be unique and memorable and that takes some skill. Our design team really went to work on this with some truly great results that just add to the fantastic design of the website.

The Video & User Experience Pathways
—

Video can throw your message out there when words just aren't enough and it can be hugely engaging. I don't like someone trying hard to sell to me but capture my interest with some cool animation and you're in the door at the very least!

We also put the video to good use by making it a direct pathway to the sign up form. This was only one of many ways we improved the user experience (UX), lovingly re-crafting the web pages, to drive those conversions through the roof!

It wasn't just the complex nature of the product that was blocking Feefo's conversions. Feefo gather and publish feedback, good or bad. But it seems some people out there just couldn't see the good in the bad.

It was time for us to turn that notion on its head! And that’s something this digital agency just loves doing!

During the digital strategy we identified one of the key demographics as 'Technical' and this group was likely to be key in both the decision making process and installing Feefo.

It was essential to show how easy the installation process is. Providing enough info to make this possible whilst not overwhelming - and potentially scaring off - the non-technical visitors.
