mform, an existing client of Ignition Search, already had a
e-commerce website in place when they came to us. They would be the first to say it was nothing fancy but, thanks to Ignition Search, was starting to do very well. However, Ignition believed that the site would perform better if it looked more appealing, professional, was far more search engine friendly (SEF) and basically... blew their competition out of the water.
On the face of it mform’s online products look very similar; black metal TV brackets. We obviously had to ensure the great quality of the products was obvious, but we needed an angle to make the products look more appealing to the kind of visitors they were getting. Our solution... make TV brackets look sexy!
The real key to making sure that this site was going to be a success was clarifying and stripping down the navigation - this was easier said than done - but in the end we came up with an efficient and engaging, whilst educating, method that’s search engine friendly and can get the viewer to the exact page in as little as 1 click; none of that 3 click nonsense!
