Zapoint had already been floated on Fox News as “a company to watch” the month before they came to us, but although their concept and systems we’re already being recognised as something to keep an eye on, the brand wasn’t quite right, this therefore was out first task.
Since developing the brand we re-designed and positioned their brand we went on to supported their (UX) User Experience mapping, graphical user interface design and site and system developments for the last 5 years - another happy international client!
Zapoint are a busy bunch always creating new tools or buying out companies they are always up to something, so over the years the site has changed every 3-4 months, just the way it should when your a fast moving, technology savvy, web based company - you have to keep things up to date - and although they’re systems are built so they are in control we are always on hand to support the design and all new developments they need!
Although the Zapoint HQ is in the States the Zapoint design & technology team are positioned across the globe, and we happy to say we work with them all, often our primary role is developing new User Interfaces and then testing the User Experience, (how people interact with the system).
We use dedicated mapping systems to track users and then analise patterns to see how we can improve either a sites customer journey or a web applications interface, to improve speed of use simpler navigation and clearer calls to action when things need to get done.
Over the last two years Alight has also been called upon to completely architect and then develop several new ventures as a direct result of the creative and technical work we have delivered for Zapoint Inc.
Although we work with Zapoint across the globe, happily over the years and projects many of the Zapoint team have come over and worked with us at our offices in the UK, meeting in person working together and then getting drunk together has been great, but to be honest the power of Skype video calls has made it all possible as we talk every week and that is a lot quicker than a plane.
Alights attention to detail and professional approach is refreshing, they are friendly bunch with a can do attitude - everything gets done on time and nothing is too much trouble.
Alights branding and digital strategy processes are first rate but most importantly for me they have delivered consistently great work, year in, year out. Their UX methodologies are highly conclusive and have always delivered impressive user interface results.
