Online strategy, done properly, can take some time - and it will cost actual money too - just as it should with any professional planning procedure. You wouldn’t ignore the services of an Architect if you were getting an office built - the same reasoning applies for a successful website or web application.

You’ll likely be saying ‘well yes, of course it does why even bring that up, that’s the most important bit!’ We bring it up because there are plenty of smaller companies out there with great ideas, that may just change the world, and they deserve to not fall foul of those out there incorrectly referring to themselves as ‘web professionals’ - careful strategy and planning is not an option it’s essential!
